I’ve been doing following PE routine for around one and a half months, but didn’t see any gain.
10 manual stretches, mostly upward for 15 seconds each. This is repeated in the morning and after noon, for 5 days per week. I don’t do any jelqs or warm ups and stretch pretty hard.
This means that you stretch your penis for 2 minutes and 30 seconds in the morning and for 2 minutes and 30 seconds in the afternoon. This means you are stretching your unit for 5 min per day and 25 min per week.
How can you expect any gains from that? According to the newbie routine, you should spend 40 min (after 6 weeks) on a daily basis.
More time, my friend, put in more time. (per day)

I am surprised that no one, except for Monty just 1 hour ahead of me, told you that for PE results you need TIME. And when we say “time” we are talking about months. You can expect some signs after the second month, but not measurable gains.
