No gains, low LOT. advice please
Sorry to drain your collective brains but it’s time I asked all the questions that have been building in my mind recently, born out of the frustration of working hard at PE with no gains to show for it.
So from what I understand (and please correct or back me up if I’m right or wrong about any of this), having a LOT of about 7 o’clock to start with means I’m not in for any quick lengh gains (my primary aim). I’ve been PEing for about 2 months mainly with downward manual stretches (half an hour to an hour a day) in the rough direction of my LOT.. I now understand that this is the worst possible angle to stretch at.. Right? My erection angle is high-ish, at about 10 o’clock.. Does this have a bearing on things? Do I have any potential for lig gains or must I now concentrate purely on my tunica? I read that it is possible increase your LOT thus increasing the potential for quick lig gains, but how would I do this? Given this info about the state of my LOT and erection angle can anyone suggest the best stretches to concentrate on? Would an A-stretch be better for example?
Moving on, I’ve been tempted to try hanging recently but how does one hang at an angle other than straight down assuming gravity is what is exerting the force on my penis? I have an ADS device.. Any tips on the best angle for using that at? My penis seems very strong and I have to exert huge force on it to feel any kind of stretch to the point that my arm and grip wears out in about 30 secs..
Once again, sorry to bombard with questions but I really wanna get to grips with a routine that suits me and I have a feeling that I need some experienced specific advice (especially given my penis’s apparent desire not to grow if it can possibly help it)!
Finally, a random thought about surgery.. Is there any info about the effectiveness of surgery in a person with low LOT? Do you think that could be a factor?
