No gains in over 2 years of PE, help me gain some length

Hi,
I did PE for more than 2 years. 1 year stretching + jelqing, then I didnt gain anything and read about the steelcord. So I continued with intense heat + fulcrum stretches + normal stretches + jelqs. No gains in about 1 year.
I only did breaks when absolutly necessary, the PE routine became part of my day.
Before these 2 years I already experimented with PE, I had some temporary newbie gains back then. But when I stopped they dissappeared and never came back when I started serious PE.

I started hanging a while ago, but its way too time consuming, no way I can do 10 hours per week in long term.

So I’m looking for a stretching routine. Length only because I want to safe time. I would prefer to do 40-60min 5 days per week max.
Can anyone recommend me an intense stretching routine for hard gainers?

Sounds like you probably need an extended deconditioning break more than an intense stretching routine.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

If you have some disposable income, I would purchase an ADS to go along with stretching.

The downside of ADS’s is that they are pretty costly, but they seem to work.

They are even more time consuming than hanging, so no option for me.

So no one can tell me a length routine?

Can you describe what you are doing in depth? Time per session, erection level whilst jelqing, warm up time, amount of heat, stroke time, time taken for your jelqing sessions. How you’re stretching, are you tugging the skin more than the ligaments? Are you pulling in some directions more than others, how long are you pulling for, etc


I did 1 jelq, why am I not 12" yet.

Your starting size, your size now. Your EQ. Your PI’s.

60 minutes a day is already much time. Heat is for many important. Heat your unit up whole routine and do various stretches.
Then add a 10 minute hanging set at the start.

If you had your newbie gains and cant recreate them again then you might have toughened up. Means deconditioning.

Think about buying silicone sleeves to stay extended during the day which might help with healing in an extended state which is importan after newbie gains.

They are basicly helping you to stay extended without having much to do. Its a passive ADS.
They wont do much just using them alone but in combo with exercises before its usefull.

You can get them on ebay and some other websites that have also comemrcial accounts here. ( monty and vac extender/hanger)

Cool. An ADS just doesn’t sound like something I would want to try to tolerate. However, these things sound like they might have some promise. I may check into them. Thanks!

I begun with stretches ullis and jelqs. I quitted ullis then stretches and now im doing a hard 1h stretching routine after having been just jelqimg for 3 months. Perhaps I should have taken time off. Anyways if I don’t gain anything like this (I will maybe also add extender and ads soon) by the end of this year I will get desperate…..

I think deconditooning and trying pumping combined later with stretches and jelqs could help. Looks like you gotta try something different.

Why ads is time consuming? There are many that are suprr stealth.


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Be very careful. Desperate can lead to injury. Remember you have only one penis.

I personally feel that you might want to try sticking with one thing and just modifying that one thing based on what you feel and results/lack of results.

I only say this to you because I have read many of your posts and you seem to jump all over the place. It is hard to know if things are working if you are always switching the variables.

As firegoat said above, take a deconditioning break, an extended one (several months). Once done, I would start again with the newbie routine, and perhaps add some ADS or extender work in there for focus on length. Make sure to use plenty of heat as that not only increases the elasticity of the tissue but also prevents injuries.

More details are necessary though such as time spent per workout, workouts per week (are you 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off, etc.), and exercises performed in order to properly diagnose the issue. My best gains (practically all of them) were when I was on a dedicated routine which went something like this:

(All of this was done in a really hot, almost scalding community shower stall in my dormitory, but you don’t need that much heat, I was just being excessive)

- 5-10 mins of letting the shower spray directly on my penis
- 5 x 40 seconds stretches: Up, down, left, right, and straight out
- 2 mins of letting the shower spray directly on my penis
- 4 x 10 rotations rotary cranks: Clockwise, counter clockwise, clockwise, counter clockwise. Rotary cranks involve grabbing your penis like a normal stretch, then pulling it straight upwards, and stretching the penis around in a circle at a moderate pace as if your penis were a clock hand and your body was the clock face
- 2 mins of letting the shower spray directly on my penis
- 3 x 50 jelqs straight out, focusing on slow strokes and kegeling between each jelq. Between each set of 50 I would warm back up underneath the shower water.
- 5-10 mins of letting the shower spray directly on my penis
At first I was 5 on 2 off, but I switched to 3 on 1 off. Whether or not you should go 5 on 2 off, 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, etc. is up to your body and how your body responds to the routine.

This routine got me around 1 inch erect length and about .5 inches erect girth over the course of ~8-10 months. With the addition of ADS or extender work you should be able to focus more on length.

I wonder what my roommate thought when I came back from the bathroom after 30-45 mins with my lower body extremely red…

Take a couple weeks off. I did PE a few years ago and quit because I’d plateaued. Came back recently and shot right past where I’d left off in one month even though I had to regain some lost ground.

To the people who want to know what my routines looked like in detail:
I don’t remember exactly, but I actually did more than 2 years. But these 2 years where the time where I really did it continuous every week (except some small breaks you can’t avoid obviously).

In this 2 years I did nothing special. The first year I think it was: warmup, 20 min stretching, 20 min jelqing. No warumdown/cooldown.
Then I had no gains and read about the steelcord thing and started fulcrum stretches. I started with 10 minutes and progressed to 20, where I continuosly heated my unit up with a infrared lamp while stretching it over a 1cm diamete rod. After the fulcrum stretches I did 10 minutes stretching and 10 minutes jelqing. I varied a bit. First I did only fulcrum and jelqs, then added some normal stretches.

I think the issue for me not gaining anything could be before this time. Because I already tried PE, but did it pretty intense and with a higher volume. I also did more advanced exercises like bundled stretches without experience. Then I tried something I read about in a german PE forum, where you basically train only once per week but with a very high volume. It didnt work. This was BEFORE the 2 years I mentioned above.

Whatever, I don’t really want to restart manual PE, but hanging is too time intense (tried it for 6 weeks with a selfmade chicken chocker hanger, good thing by the way).
Thing is, I don’t want big gains anymore, I just want to get like 1cm to get out of that awkward size (14,5cm EL) and then I would stop (a permanent 15cm would be enough for me). I’m exhausted doing these exercises daily.

Any ideas for me? I would really like to use an extender, but its more time consuming than hanging.
