No gains in over 2 years of PE, help me gain some length
I did PE for more than 2 years. 1 year stretching + jelqing, then I didnt gain anything and read about the steelcord. So I continued with intense heat + fulcrum stretches + normal stretches + jelqs. No gains in about 1 year.
I only did breaks when absolutly necessary, the PE routine became part of my day.
Before these 2 years I already experimented with PE, I had some temporary newbie gains back then. But when I stopped they dissappeared and never came back when I started serious PE.
I started hanging a while ago, but its way too time consuming, no way I can do 10 hours per week in long term.
So I’m looking for a stretching routine. Length only because I want to safe time. I would prefer to do 40-60min 5 days per week max.
Can anyone recommend me an intense stretching routine for hard gainers?
