Hmm, it seems you may have unnecessarily toughened your penile tissue up. You gotta decondition first before you can restart. Then manuals might work again, there’s no guarantee though. PE is tricky in that once you get too intense it can be hard to gain with less intense exercises. The key is to build up over time as the previous exercises stop working.
Also another observation is that it appears your PE was not very disciplined. A disciplined routine is key. Try following just the newbie routine here exactly as it is posted here after your decon break, then report back.
