No gains in one month and a half!!

Hi, this is my current routine. I do it 4 times a week

4 minute warmup with towel
10 minutes of normal stretching combined with Av stretches and Base V stretches
10 minute wet jelqing, lasting 3 seconds each jelq
4 minute with a towel with warm water

I want to gain length right now. I did my routine on Saturday and rested yesterday and today I measured and I have not gained anything. I have to mention that my erection quality today wasnt at 100 per cent and I wasnt very horny. I read that it is recommended to rest some days after your routine without masturbation and then measure again to see your real gains. I think I am going to rest a week and I will also avoid masturbation and I will measure again next week. What do you recommend??. Would you change my current routine?. Thanks!!

If you want length then you should stretch at least 3 times more. At least 25-30 min. Pull down, sides(left, right), straight, up.I tend to do 3 to 4 sets, and it usually takes around 20-30 min. 10 min is nothing.

Damn, I measured today and my dick measured 20.5 cm, I always measure form 21 cm to 21.5 cm. What the hell is happening?

You’re probably losing length as a result of over-exercising. Despite what the above poster said, there is no “magical” time period for making length gains. You should warm up well and stretch so that you don’t end up with a lowered EQ and loss of length.

My theory is that over exercise places the smooth muscle in your unit under enough stress to cause reactionary retraction, which hinders the relaxation required to cause a maximal erection. (note that smooth relaxation is part of the erectile mechanism)

Damn that sentence had a lot of R’s in it.

If I over exercise, often I can achieve a perfectly hard erection which is both thinner and shorter than my maximal size in both dimensions.

So with rest I can get to my original size?

How can someone obtain bigger size if the hard erection is thinner and shorter in both directions?.

I’m guessing (as always) that tunica/lig deformation occurs regardless of over stressing smooth muscle tissues. I think this probably explains why people “grow” during decon breaks; essentially, they’ve already increased the size of their tunica/ligs, but a background level of smooth muscle fatigue is hindering their maximal potential. Rest, smooth muscle recovers from its trauma, and suddenly all that stretched tissue is being filled to its full potential and… gains.

I think Sparkyx’s PI theory fits in with this perfectly, it allows for deformation without excessive trauma to smooth muscle, meaning your gains are realised faster and… of course everything is just a whole lot safer.

Very interesting post Sophomoric, I have experienced spontaneus milimetrical gains on my rest days, all of a sudden 1 mm more. I think this idea is very interesting.
