No gains in 4 months

I have been PEing for 4 months now and haven’t gotten any gains. My current routine starts with a 5 min warmup with a heating pad, then 5 mins of stretching. Then 250 3 sec jelqs, followed by 100 squeeze jelqs all when 50% or more erect (prefer to be nearly erect when straight jelqing). Then a few minutes of sadsak slinky, then 15 uli’s #3. I end with another 5 min hot wrap. I know I using enough pressure since I get little red spots, which tells me that I am moving the blood around. But I haven’t had any gains. I measure constantly and am still 6.75” x 5.25” erect. Please help, anyone!

Injury, only a few spots appear, and usually go away within 30 mins of my workout. I can’t say wether I have any positive signs. My unit doesn’t have a better flacid look to it, but not all the time. But in terms of negative signs:
-Decreased nite and morning wood
-Decreased hardness of erections
-Loss of size
I haven’t experienced any. But maybe I am on the verge of overtraining which might be hindering my growth. I am considering dropping the sadsak slinky and possibly lowering my squeeze jelq from my routing to maybe once or twice a week. My problem with GlandMaster’s suggested rountine is that my time available doesn’t allow for two consecutive days of PEing. I am only able to squeeze my rountine in on Sunday, Tueasday, and Thursday.

I forgot to point out earlier that my main goal is to reach 8” x 6” erect. First off I want to increase my girth, my second goal being length.
