No gains, how much time off before trying again?
I have made zero gains since starting several months ago. My schedule is busy so I only manage to do my routine either every other day or 2 on 2 off. That seems like plenty IMO. I have been doing
5 mins warm water washing over penis
10 mins worth of stretching (30 sec stretches in all directions)
35 mins jelq
5 min warm water washing over penis
I was thinking of taking 3 days off and then starting back with the same routine but only 30 minutes of jelq and doing it Mon/Tues/Thur/Friday (hard to get privacy on weekend).
If you have any other recommendations for me, please let me know. I was also considering dropping down all the way to 15 minutes of jelq and each month measure/pictures and see if maybe I was doing too much and then finding an optimal amount of jelq time.
I’m fairly desperate so please help me!
PS. I have the new pics but haven’t posted them I will if you want, but after 15 minutes of scrutiny and comparing to the old ones I can not see a difference. If anything I look like I might have lost a little bit…
