No gains, frustrated!

So the jes extender and clamping is my routine for the time being, what would you guys add or subtract or modify? I am open to suggestions but…

Tip for extenders, as I read you had some problems with it slipping.

After attaching it, do some jelqing to get blood to the head. You will have to be about 70% erect to be able to push the blood through the noose into the head.

That will keep it attached without slipping.

Yes I actually just ordered the vacuum attachment. Hopefully it works out.

I would be curious to know how the vacuum attachment works. Please let me know how you like it compared to the noose.

I’ve used X4 for over a year using comfort straps. I’ve had problems with slippage, but still figured out how to make it work. Then I switched to noose based on someone elses comments, & felt it was a good change. Now I strictly use the noose & the skin is getting used to it.

I believe the key is that constant tension is being placed at ALL TIMES. Whenever tension drops, tighten it. Don’t go an hour or so without enough tension as it’s a waste of perfectly good quality gain time.

Speaking of time, if you plan to use the extender, than you better prepare yourself to wear it about 1,000 -1,200+ hours to get 1/2 - 1” depending on tension, frequency (i’e 4 hrs/day, 5 days a week). 1,000 hours in 1 yr is better than 1,000 hours in 2 yrs. An hour here & an hour there will not get you anywhere, so if you don’t have the time to wear this crazy contraption, do something else. I have the time, so I wear it.

I was like most beginners, wanting gains, and fast, using the best techniques, contraptions, PE plans; you name it. I wanted my dick to grow into a horse cock & to see fantastic gains in a few months. Well, if you ever googled “penis enlargement,” most medical sites say don’t waste your time, it doesn’t work!!!! But then I found TP, & for some, it doesn’t work for them either. BUT for many others, they are gaining. So my ears perked up. The one thing that I’ve discovered is that the gainers are tenacious, consistent, dedicated & patient, regardless if they see gains in a few months, or takes a year or so. They are religious, out to improve their techniques, sharing with others, & have positive attitudes, in general.

On another note, I’m only speculating now, but I believe there are some that are not gaining regardless of the amount of time & effort they put in. I believe that some of these guys are simply not doing their exercises properly. I’m sure there are some biological limitations for some, but I believe many are simply missing something in there routine, some potentially minor detail, & are just not doing it right or doing it partly right but their gains are slower. And that could go for me also. If you’re doing it wrong, don’t expect any gains no matter how much time you put into it. The problem is that some don’t even know they’re doing it wrong. If you want help on TP, then listen carefully & don’t assume you know already. Trust me, I have that problem myself, but it comes back to haunt me when I realized, CRAP, I didn’t listen!! It’s too bad that for those of us that are getting gains can better assist those that aren’t. It’s kind of hard trying to explain something in writing. I’m getting off on a tangent, but I guess what I’m saying is that there is truly a lot to think about if one is to get the gains they want. And be prepared that a good goal is one in which you have a 50/50 chance of reaching. Don’t go crazy! If you have a 5.5” penis, don’t expect to have 9” schlong in 1 year. Be realistic. Find out how much the average guy is gaining, preferably the average guy your size, & see how long it’s taking them. Set a goal that’s a little more than the average, & then get on it.

I have done stretches 40 min a day for 6 monts but didn’t gained a millimiter, so i stopped PEing ( why waste time?) but i decided to give it the last try.

I started stretching slow and gentle, result: After 1 month 1/4 inch gain :D .

So probably you are using too much pressure.


Started october 2011 :

BPEL 13.5 MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

Today : BPEL 14.3 ,MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

This new info has me even more discouraged because with a job, hobbies, friends, exercise and of course sleep I don’t have time to wear an extender for more than two hours at the absolute most. I have nothing against manual stretching or any other PE technique. Manual stretching has quite obviously worked for other guys, I am just pissed off that it hasn’t worked for me.

What I had been doing was warming up my penis for ten minutes or so with a moist heating pad and then doing stretches for about a half hour total (each direction). I haven’t gained a millimeter doing this off and on since March of 2009. I have not been the most consistent PE guy in the world but I have had periods of consistency that lasted several months and still nothing. I know PE works but I feel like I have wasted time.

Also, I clamp once in awhile and it hasn’t caused me any problems and I can tolerate it. It irritates me to no end when Thunders members write something along the lines of “You need to jelq for two years and be PE expert. and donate to Thunders before you can even think about clamping!”

None of us have done any actual scientific experiments involving a large amount of people doing various techniques over a significant amount of time so everything we say is merely speculation so lets not act like these claims are medical facts. I mean we know cigarettes can cause cancer because that has actually been studies and observed over a period of time. We can’t present something as of its an actual fact unless it has been proven.

I really am just trying to gain and I don’t care how I do it.

Problem number 1.

When you start, go, and then stop, your penis actually grows resistant to exercises and techniques. Making further gains all that more difficult.

Problem number 2

Extenders provide the slowest form of gains. You will need an average of 2000+ hrs to see very measurable results. At the rate you describe, it’ll be about 10+ months with very consistent (no off periods) usage to begin to see measurable results.

Even though it says I am a new member, I’m not new to PE.

Things to pay attention to for gains

Doing any PE technique without understanding
The basics will slow down and even stop your
Gains. Here are some quick things to consider:

1) Your penis changes size all the time for a
Variety of reasons.. What you ate, time of day,
Are you turned on, are you turned off, etc.

2) Nutrition plays a huge part. Consider for
Example that sugar decreases your testosterone
Level for short periods of time. Erections are
Fueled by testosterone. If you are consuming
More than 20 grams of sugar a day (which is
Very easy to do.. Check your orange juice)
Then your erections are going to be smaller
Which means you won’t see gains.

3) Are you getting your exercise in?
Exercising increases your testosterone
And it helps with your overall health. If you
Make gains and sit on your butt all day then you
Will lose those gains.

Obviously there are a bunch of other things but
The point is that your penis size is tied to your
Health. PE can happen but not just in a vacuum..
