No gains, frustrated!

How long do you guys think it will take me to gain an inch with the extended?

Check out a-unit’s idea of extending in a very hot bath.

I forget the exact details but I think he gained an inch in less than a year.

He was so successful that I intend to try something similar when the time is right.

I hear ya jaylough.
I’ve been doing a newbie routine for around 2 weeks.
I feel as if I’m currently smaller!! (I’ve measured shorter)
I’m hoping this is just a temporary thing.
Perhaps I need to cutback a little?

My routine is fairly simple.
I warmup with a BM.
(I sometimes do a light BM session.)
I do stretching plus kegels in all directions plus out. (Left, Right, Down, Up, Out.)
I do jelqs, followed by v-jelqs.
(I then sometimes do a light BM session. This may be in addition to the first one if I did that one.)
I warm-down with a BM.

I often combine (follow-up) this with using an extender for a fair amount of time.
Unfortunately, my extender doesn’t have tension rods that I can easily use anymore.
I’ve come to realize this basically causes it to be an ADS.
I’m planning on fixing that when I have the time/money to dedicate to that problem.

Sounds like a pretty good routine Ninja. My extender hasn’t arrived yet but I am looking forward to it. Should be interesting.

That’s too much.
You are using a pump and doing advanced exercises like v-stretches.
Your dick is protecting himself…
Take a full week off and restart following “ad litteram” the newbie routine and do it until you keep gaining.
Happy gains ! :)

Keep at it.

Got the extender in the mail today. I tried it out and it kept slipping off but finally I was able to kewhep it on for a half hour or so which I thought was decent for the first night. Is an extender more difficult for us uncircumsized guys?

So how long should I keep my extender on every day to get some good results. Some guys talk about leaving it on for like four hours but to me I just don’t have time for that. I am struggling for an hour and a half!

Homework first; purchase PE gadget second. Extenders are intended to exert a low level of force for extended periods of time. If you do not have the time to invest you are setting yourself up for failure. And noose type attachments are the absolute worst way to go. Not that guys don’t gain using them; however, is the $40 you saved really worth a greatly increased chance of injury? And the fact that you are doing hands on PE wrong makes me worried that you will do the same with your extender.

Stop trying to reinvent the wheel, and with substandard materials and workmanship at that. Why do you think that you know more about PE than they guys that have gained? Take a few weeks off and read. START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info Then start back up with the newbie routine. The newbie routine includes jelqs and pre-heating. It does not include clamping.

Actually give the newbie routine a few months. It might surprise you. While you do it keep reading up on other stuff you are interested in. Like Extenders.

The honest truth about extenders please
Gains from extenders?

Understand that the vast majority of guys gaining from their use are wearing them for many hours a day. So you need to think creatively: pleated dockers or baggy jeans, wearing them whilst driving, putting it on the second you get home, etc..

Do not give up ever. It takes seemingly forever to get gains but I swear that if you stick with a strenuous routine of stretching every single day that you will achieve your goal, but it will take an awfully long time. But it is worth it to move into the brotherhood of really long dicks.

Iamaru you made quite a few assumptions about me that are simply untrue. I have read those links several times like four years ago and I understand them. I did my home work and I have done my homework and I have never done anything improperly. And the notion that I have to be some sort of black belt in pe to clamp my penis is beyond silly. I love this site but there are simply way too many people who are not trying to help people but just trying to make themselves appear more knowledgeable and smarter. And beyond that, let’s not act like this is rocket science or quantum physics please.

Never said that you had not read the stuff. But the information you supplied in this thread indicated that you have chosen, for what ever reason, to disregard the advice contained there in.

I am waaay to lazy for that. My advice is simplicity its self: Go back and start with the basics. The same thing that most guys in this thread are saying. You asked for advice because PE isn’t working for you. And you don’t like the consistent opinion that you are getting from the guys responding.

Nope, not any more. Back in the day it was as much of a mystery to us as quantum physics. And we tried some crazy stuff. Through trial and error with many participants we have cooked it down to something that is amazingly easy and effective called the newbie routine.

I am tired of the “take two weeks off and start the newbie routine” routine. Its a bit of a cop out.

Okay but what I am saying is I have done the basic stuff for months with no results. I think I am going to get the jes extender instead. I am looking to gain an inch in length and a half inch in girth asap without getting injured.

I don’t mean instead of continuing manual exercises, I mean instead of the shoody Kr extender.
