Hey guys, I’ve been trying to PE for the past two months. Sadly, I haven’t seen any significant gains. The veins are bigger and more defined and I might be getting a bit of girth near the top but everything else seems the same. I think it might be my routine or the way I do it. I often don’t have enough time to do everything, but here’s kind of an idea of what I have going.

I try to do jelqing after I take a shower since it’s kind of inconvenient for me to warm up in the bathroom in college.

While I shower, I do some manual stretches emphasizing the tunica. I try some 10 second intervals for maybe a few minutes.

After showering, I do some circular stretches a bit more to loosen up the penis, massage it to about a half erection and start applying a good amount of Vaseline to my penis. I then Jelq probably at 1 second strokes for 15 minutes. I’ve been trying to increase the time to 20 minutes. After I jelq, I wipe off the Vaseline on my penis and let the day end without any warm down. I do this about every other day.

Help me guys! I want a big dick and 5.375 isn’t going to cut it. Show I try new techniques like dry jelqing or hanging or what?

From your description, it sounds like your using bad technique when you jelq. 1 second strokes are far to short try making them last 3 seconds, and really concentrating on the blood moving through your penis. It’s really important how much time you actually put into your stretching. Being in college it may as well be hard to find the time you need.

I’m assuming you want length so I’d suggest hanging or an ads. However, I’m not very knowledgeable in either of those techniques.

I agree with The PapSmearster, try focusing more on the quality of your PE sessions, and definitely try different jelqs. You will know when one type is good, because you’ll feel it.

Hmmm, I’m not too sure what quality jelqing is supposed to feel like. Like.the head gets hard and engorged, but what else am I supposed to feel? Am I supposed to grip really strong? How do I know if blood is escaping?

You should be grabbing tightly but not so tight that it hurts. You will know when blood is escaping, the cock is less engorged and feels less hard. But it is normal when you jelq that blood is escaping, you push blood forward but at some point some blood comes back from the motion and leaves behind your hand. That is perfectly normal.

You should feel a little tiredness in your penis, the same kind of tiredness you would get from a good workout in the gym. Also should you push blood through the penis and make sure the penis isn’t to hard to push the blood while not too flaccid because then you won’t have enough to jelq with. Finally the penis should look engorged after a session of jelqing.

Bird summed it all up and yes slow 3 second strokes it’s about quality not quantity. I believe 15 minutes is enough time for Jelqing as I’ve learned it shouldn’t be the main part of the exercise. I do agree you need more time for manual stretching around 20 minutes.

Also be care full how hard you squeeze on the jelqing a nice even pressure should be used so your penis looks nice and plump (as others have stated). If you squeeze to hard you may run into discoloration problems later down the road. I squeezed to hard and as a results I’m peeling my penis right now which has lead to 2 months of no PE. Its a setback and I could of decided not to peel but the huge dark color spots really annoyed me. I can say this though for the 2 months off I’ve had I can tell a size difference. I can’t wait to get started back again so I can regain my gains and more.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

In addition to what others have said, keep in mind that more than a few of us saw no gains until we were a number of months into PE.

I’m thinking that I need to upgrade my routine. More vertical stretches since I have low LOT and some more quality jelqing. I was wondering if it’s ok to split a 20 minute jelq session into 2 10 minute sessions. Is it ok to listen to music while you jelq? It helps me relax and forget about stuff. By the way, do your veins ever get in the way as you jelq? It feels weird going over them.

Let me assume that you would do about 30 jelqs a minute( i wont count it as 60 1 sec jelqs). So 30x15 mins =450 jelqs. 450 jelqs for a newbie is way too much. Maybe a reason why you have not seen any growth. Are your PIs OK? Do you get good erections? Do you feel a lot of tingling after a workout?
You may need to take a break and come back at PE later.
3 second slow strokes are generally recommended but as such not a thumb rule. I’d say do the 3 sec strokes

Forget all about the LOT theory, don’t let it fuck up your PE career.

if you don’t get gains after awhile, once you are conditioned, you can very carefully start clamping and hanging. you’ll get gains from those.
