No gains for 1.5 months

No gains for 1.5 months

Hi,
I’ve started PEing on April 28th this year. But due to various reasons I couldn’t do it consistently until may 18th. On may 18th onwards I managed to do it almost consistently, doing it for at least 4 days a week, 10-15 stretches per session with a starting 4 mins warm up. From 28 th April to 18 th may, total days might add up to around 10 days. I measured it today ( june 17 ) but could not see any gains.
My LOT is very low ( at 6.00 ) and I’m performing upward stretches. I always find it difficult to get a good grip without lot of pain at the head. I’m not quite sure whether the force I put for stretching is enough. Any way, it hurts a lot at the head and some times at the base while stretching. But never experienced any permanent pain.

Can any one give me some advice on continuing with this.

Yeah really I agree with Thunder. 4 days a week is OK if you’re a total newbie to PE. You have to stick with the program then in due time you can do it 6 days a week with 1 day off or 5 days a week with 2 days off. If you’re having trouble griping try baby power or something else. It shouldn’t hurt at the base more like you’re feeling the tendon’s stretch which is what you want.

Damn 6 days a week seem a bit hardcore. I personally think the body might need a rest after every 2 or something work outs. At least in lifting weights I know the body needs those days to rebuild what you tore and build it back up. Of course I don’t have any gains really so maybe I’m wrong.

I PE 6 days a week Mon-Sat. I just added clamping this week. I know you’re not supposed to over work yourself as I’ve been told it causes negative effects instead, but I’ve been told that as long as my erections are still coming (morning wood etc) that I’m fine. If there ever is a problem then I’ll add another day off in the middle of the week. Damnwork how long have you been doing PE? If you just started then I wouldn’t worry about gains, I also wouldn’t measure everyday or even every week. I don’t plan on making another measurement until the end of July I’ll post my results. The end of July will be 2 and half months after I’ve redone my PE workout and a month and a half after I’ve added clamping.

Ha Goal Driven, man not measuring all the time takes self control. I’m like a crack addict with that I swear. I have my small ass dorm room and my ruler on my desk just calling out to me when I do PE. I should hide it or something. When it comes to the resting for me that’s hard too, not touching my dick is mad hard I have discovered, especially when you make PE part of your daily routine so you have time for it. It becomes habitual for me. And I always get morning wood too even when I might of over did it or needed to take a break and didn’t. But I noticed a big difference in the morning wood this morning since I haven’t touched my member at all for 2 days. This morning wood was disturbingly powerful, I think I’m gonna try my hardest to rest at least one day after every two work outs. But that takes a lot of self control for me too.

You can gain doing PE in many ways. I have gained with gentle way and with hardcore way. I have to say, that the gentle way is much better. You get results safer and gains stay more likely as they are.

Stretch as it is comfortable for you and jelq. I think, that jelqing is the best method to enlarge your penis.
The way I recommend is a linear way. As you progress and time goes you add the amount of jelqs like 50, 60, 70.
As not being a beginner, set a comfortable amount (like 100 -200) and add to it 10-20 jelqs in a week if necessary. If you seem to gain with a lower amount don’t increase the amount until you feel it is necessary. You might do some Ulis between the workout.

I recommend doing workout every other day or 2 on 1 off and giving a extra resting day whenever you feel it necessary.

Do warm up before and after workout and massage your penis little after you have warmed it.

After workout don’t play with your dick within a couple hours if possible, just let it be.
When your workout enlarges your penis it should grow slowly, but surely. If you don’t even seem to gain within a two weeks, you should think, that what you could do better. Remember quality goes over amount.


Keep soft tissue soft.
