I’ve been seriously doing PE for the last 2-3 months. I’ve had no gains in the month of March.

My Current routine:

10-15 Min Warmup

Stretches: Down, Left, Right, Up, Clockwise, Counterclockwise, V-Stretch

200 Jelqs

Is it time to add more to the routine or do I continue doing it longer? More interested in length and head size, than girth.

What kind of jelqs are you doing? Erection level? How many stretches?

How long do you stretch? Anyways you have to keep in mind that there would be some months were you will not gain, that doesn’t mean you have to change your routine right away. I would keep what you are doing for another month and then consider making some changes, just my opinion though.


Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

Hey guys! Wet jelqs at about 80% erection level.. I started doing them more flaccid and now I do them a little closer to erect. Each stretch is for 30 seconds. One of each that I’ve listed.

Oh,then my advice would be to increase the stretching. Seven 30-second stretches total for a day isn’t much.

You should start thinking about taking your PE routine to next level, it seems like for newbie. Consider something more advanced, your dick needs challenge. Consider time as money and you as businessman, if the same product that gave good profit in the past stop to selling what would you do?

Just double up on all your stretches for the next month. If you’re stretching for 3.5 min total now (seven 30-second stretches) you should aim for 7-10 min of effective stretching.

I increased my eight 30 second stretches to 45 second stretches. Should I go through all of them twice so I’m doing sixteen 45 second stretches?
