No gains any wise words?
Ok, so here has been my newbie routine:
3-4 min rice wrap.
7 minute wet jelq with ok grip. (3 sec reps)
4 minutes gentle stretch straight out in front with 4 sec kegals in tension
BTC 5 min
Downward stretch (feel tension in ligs) plus all direction for five minutes.
It hasn’t been structured to one on, one off. But I follow that as much as possible.
I started out BPEG 6.25” and EG 5.25” on 17/07/07
I have measured again and have had no gains. I am doing three weeks decon then hitting it again on 17/sep/07. After decon period I was thinking on intensifying my program or start clamping or something different. Any words of wisdom?
Oh, and also; once I have made gains. How do I go about concrete ing before a decon period?
oh, and another, should I stretch during decon? or just not touch the ol’ fella at all?
