Been on here a very long time, thinking I have tried almost everything now, been a very long frustrating journey as I am definitely a hard gainer and
every tiny millimeter of gain has meant hours and hours of frustrating time. But now finally I am actually gaining, but this is me, it dose not mean it
will work for you.
1. You have to be extremely patient, if you find yourself in the hard gainer category, or realize that often quick newbie gains are just your dick being swollen
from being beat up and no real gains. ( Like pumping seems to do a wonderful job of)
2. Be flexible in your approach, if your not seeing gains from a certain technique or routine after a few months time, this approach will not work for you.
As they say, insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting a different result.
3. If all else fails try Hanging, I did not gain until I started Hanging and this is true for most guys it seems. Especially if you have ligaments of steel like I do.
To make your hanging easy in the beginning invest in the ride-stretcher, this to me made all the difference in the world as it makes it so easy to get going
on hanging and well worth the $75.00 or so for the device, nope I don’t sell these.. here is the link to buy one.
4. Read the entire site, learn as much as you can before you hurt yourself, vacuum hangers can cause discoloration of the glans and I personally don’t believe they can grip the ligs well enough
to cause any length gains, that has been my personal experience, maybe your different but I sure wasted a lot of time trying something that did nothing.
5. Don’t give up! Just be flexible and will to change things when they don’t work for you!
