I’ve been following the newbie routine pretty good
Stretching
200 dry jelqs
A few plumped bends recently

5 days a week with 2 off, anything I’m missing here?

How long do 200 jelqs take you to do. I am asking because by this time in your program, your jelq routine should be lasting on the order of 15 to 20 minutes.

The next thing to evaluate is the amount of force you are using to jelq. You could be using too little or too much and that should be easy for you to decide which one, but if you have a lot of red spots and or bruising, you are using too much.

One other thing to check is your erection level while jelqing. You should be in the 70 to 90 percent range there. That way your jelq strokes are producing and nice internal stretching pressure on the tunica.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Are you warming up? Maybe you should switch up to wet jelqing.

Well I just got done with my morning session, and correct me if I’m wrong but I think I might have successfully done some jelq. I think before I must have been doing them wrong. When I do the 3 second jelq, I’m feeling a stretch on the top of my shaft. Pretty nice feeling actually. I thought the tunica was on the bottom though? Am I doing it right?

Are you stretching and properly warming up?
And are you getting the expansion in like gprent stated?
