Been PEing for about 2 months now and still no gains. 3 questions; 1. Can you stretch too much or too hard? 2. What kind of pressure are you supposed to put on your unit while jelqing? 3. Has any one else gone a couple months with zero gains then started gaining? Thanks for any help.

Yes, too hard is a problem.

A fair amount. If your penis is extended for some period after a jelqing session, this is a good indicator. If your penis shrinks back, this may be an indicator of too great pressure. You need to allow some blood to flow back past your grip but the point is to increase pressure ahead of the grip in a wave.

Yes but you you should now look in detail at your routine, and whether you are commiting to the routine.

Thanks memento glad to be here. I’ve been lurking around the site for a couple months. Like it alot. So your saying stretching too hard is no good but can you stretch for too long if your not going too hard? Also I wonder if I am in kind of a unique situation. I have been taking injectable human growth hormone for working out and wonder if my tunica is maybe just repairing too fast or if it makes no difference. I doubt it but if anyone out there has had any experience with this or heard ANYTHING about it I would love to hear it.

I would stick to a medium tug while stretching for the first few months and a little more intense when it feels right. Ofcourse, your hands might get tired, so atleast you’ll have plenty of practice for those 20-minute long stretches at full-force later on.

As for jelqing, it should feel good and if you feel any pain whatsoever, stop.

Or just ease up on the O-grip and continue slower.

Thanks for the welcome newmember, I’m starting to think that I was trying too hard, stressing to put too much pressure. I didnt think I was going too hard but usualy got some shrinkage afterwards. I Would still like to hear if anyone out there has had any kind of experience with hgh? The real stuff from a doctor, not the bogus junk all over the web?

I went my first several months without any real gains, my erection quality got a whole lot better, and sex became much more intense during the first few months. I eventually did make gains though, good luck.

I’m saying don’t stretch too hard. Ease into stretches, there will be a sweet point which if you exceed you won’t be stretching anymore, you’ll just be exerting more.

I wouldn’t stretch for more that about 10-15 mins to start with.

I am 19 now, and really started PE at the age of 15, at that point I started at 4.5” nbpel, and through primarially jelqing and probably puberty I got up to 5”. Took a long break from jelqing and then started doing different things with stretching devices, and ended up injuring my unit with a noose type extender. So about this time last year I started jelqing again, I didn’t see any gains until about April or May of 2005. I was already convinced that PE works, I just new that I needed to find a good routine FOR ME. I changed my routine to about 5 days on 1 off, and stepped up the intensity of my exercises a bit, thats when I gained a full inch by september of 2005. I took a break from PE to join the military, when I got injured in Basic and ended up back home right before thanksgiving. I started back up with PE and added some clamping to my routine which gave me another .25” in girth. I also started using an extender again which I haven’t seen any length gains from, but I think it is responsible for straightening out my unit which used to curve to the left real bad. Hope this helps.

You take hormones.. Bad news.. I’ve been bodybuilding for five years now, no supplements, and I can say I’m f****n’ huge, on the other hand, I know at least ten guys that use hormones, and all of them swear that they are completely safe, but nine of them have 3-4 inch erections.. Hormones are bad news, if I were you I’d stick with chicken and the SPLIT system.

Vega, Tell me more, Ijust started taking them about 2 and a half months ago, tell me all you know. 3-4 inch erections.your kidding I hope.
