No erection after stretching

Hi. I want to thank you all for sharing such valuable experiences. I started the beginner PE yesterday after I realized I want to increase my penis size to explore more positions other than missionary. Doggy was never successful as my Penis is just 6 inches and wife is a big girl. My girth is 5 inches.

So, yesterday I started doing PE. My problem is that once I stretch my penis in all directions as shown in the videos, I am unable to attain a decent erection to perform jelqing. Today I managed by watching porn. I don’t have this issue if I don’t stretch.

Just wanted to know if there is any workaround?

Same problem. I started PE two days ago. Unable to get an erection after stretching.

But the good news is I’m getting rock hard erections before after falling asleep :)

Would it be alright to jelq when I have the erection when I’m about to sleep and have not warmed up at that exact time?

You must not jelq with a very high erection level: about 60% is best - anything from 45-75% is OK. If you are going to jelq without a warmup, be gentle for the first 5 minutes.

@Firegoat, the routine in the link you posted seems very intense. Should I start doing it or stick to the beginner’s PE where stretching is to be done only for 5 minutes followed by 15 minutes jelq.

I will follow your advice.

I am not getting any erection past two days after jelqing session. Even while watching porn. My penis is floppy all the time when I try to get it up. I managed to masturbate with poor erection today. My penis feels bit too stretched too.

Is this normal?

No, it sounds like you are using far too much force jelqing. Imagine dipping a smooth stick in honey, and using your fingers to squeegee the honey off the stick - you don’t need more force than that.

One more doubt. Is it okay to avoid stretching completely and focus on jelqing. Will that fetch good results. Or if required, can stretching be done after jelqing.

I only jelq when I started in 08 but I gained. However I do believe in stretching, perhaps you could stretch for 10-15 minutes in the morning after your morning wood subsides then jelq in the afternoon/evening. Ejaculating doesn’t hurt gains either, as long as you don’t do in mid routine

This is news to me. I’ve been jelqing pretty rough too.

Jelqing is the most important exercise in my opinion, so although it is better to stretch and jelq, you will hopefully still see results off a jelq only routine. Yes, you can stretch after jelqing if you prefer.
