I am very curious about the whole issue when it comes to not ejaculating after a pe session. Now I have read up on thread regarding this matter and there really doesn’t seem to be any inclusive evidence that you can or can not. So if anyone has anything to share please do, thanks.

There is no conclusive evidence on this issue. Some members do ejaculate after or before a session, and some do not. Both groups seem to gain in size but right now it is impossible to say if one group would gain more than the other if they stopped or started ejaculating after a session.

Personally, I avoid it. I believe the penis needs rest after its “exercise”. Of course, there is no evidence behind this.

my personal experience:

orgasm after jelqing is ok;
orgasm after stretching is kind of wearing out my unit.

I try to avoid both in a three hour range, which is easy as I exercise mostly early in the morning.

Thanks for the input guys. Although I haven’t yet gained anything I just wasn’t sure which one to go with. I will more than likely just not cum afterwards in hopes that it will increase my gains.

Plenty of people here ejaculate and still grow bigger dicks.

That being said, I dont ejaculate every time. This is mostly because I figured out it still feels really really great to edge, even if I don’t shoot a load at the end.

Got into the habit of that because of PE - would try to edge for 20 - 30 mins after a workout to get tissue all expanded. Wasnt’ always “convenient” to cum each time. Next thing I know I am jacking/edging without cumming. Sexually satisfied, full of energy.

I’m the same way. I can edge some days and resist the urge to cum, but then there are other times where I can’t hold it and we all know how that ends. I just didnt know if it would affect my hopefully soon upcoming gains.

We don’t know for sure if it effects gains or not, but if anything, holding off from cumming from PE & edging will help you in the stamina department.
