No clue what to do for length

Hey guys I’ve always geared my workouts solely on girth and flaccid size. I’ve seen improvements in both but now I want some length gain. I normally stretch but not a long as I should. Probably only 2 sets each direction 30 secs hold. I role with a shampoo bottle but I don’t know anything else to do for length. I’m gonna try 30-50% erection jelq.

Need help for a new routine. Girth seems bigger. I might measure right now. Routine for length preferably without hanging.

You answered your own question. Stretch for longer amounts of time and increase sets. Add in A stretches.


Bpel: 7.625

Mseg: 5.125

FSL: 8.125

What is an A stretch. Sorry. I know I’ve searched for those stretches. V stretch a stretch and a bundle stretch but I’m confused what they are.

I just took measurements and I would say that the first time I’ve accurately done it and let’s just say I’m disappointed. I found out that I’m smaller then I thought I was.
BPEL- 7.0
EG(midshaft)-4.8
Base girth-5.1
Flaccid length- close to 5in 4.8 lets say
Flaccid girth 3.5

Not the worst penis but pretty damn pathetic to me. Very discouraged. But having posted my size I think I was even smaller before. Or maybe today was a bad day.


Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

Ok thanks. But now that I know my measurements I definitely want more girth. A lot more.

I might give up on PE. Did it religiously for months and months and nothing happened. Might as well be happy with my dick if its not gonna change instead of thinking its small am trying so hard to make it bigger but only to fail.

I read in some other posts that you’ve done PE for 5 months now, I haven’t done it for so long, but I’ve read in many other posts that this might take a while, you really need to commit to get somewhere. And if the newbie routine doesn’t work for you there are other things you can add to your routine. It seems here that you didn’t take any start measures so how can you be sure you haven’t made any progress? Before you did the measuring you felt like you’d gained right?

And for your own sake, lay off the weed for a while, it will help you focus on the stuff that really matter to you. I know from my own experience that I hardly got anything done when I used to smoke daily. (I thought I did, but I didn’t, in retrospect)

Ya I think I’ve barely grown. I’m just frustrated because I thought I was normal size getting to be barely big but now I realize I was small and now I’m normal.

I don’t think weed does anything. I have bad anxiety and weed has forever been my only way to feel comfortable in public. I love weed. Can’t stop lol don’t want to I should say.

I would say that you’re above average, BPEL 7 is above average. And if you’ve grown as you said, “from small to normal” it works! Congratulations! Just continue and you will get bigger.

About the weed, can you really say that you can stop, if smoking weed is the only way for you to live without anxiety? Isn’t that a contradiction? Just a thought. (Heroin addicts can stop as well, any time they want, but there’s such a bad withdrawal when they do, so they don’t want to)

7x5 is not small at all. I’m sure you’ve gotten some comments. Sure there are some size queens and I’m sure some women that might have been with bigger but that doesn’t mean that they won’t love your size and definitely doesn’t mean that you are small.

Ya I’ve smoked weed my whole life and still been able to stop for weeks at a time if needed. It’s just a part of life and it no way effects me like it would to someone that smokes randomly.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Telling. Someone brought up that I might want to stop smoking weed.

Take it from me, weed isn’t the problem, bad weed and combustion are. Get a vaporizer, and if you can’t find / afford the diggity-dank, then don’t get anything at all - quality > quantity. The stuff that’s been bred for potency and to have the burnout effects minimized is an entirely different drug, it has allowed me to introspect and figure out why I felt anxiety, and start working to fix it in the long term, not just while high.
