Nite Wood

Sorry for my incompetence, but could someone explain to me what exactly is nite wood ?
For the last week I have been taking off time from PE because my EQ had decreased and my erections started to get weaker and so.

“Night wood” is nocternal erections—hard-ons you get at night/while you’re sleeping.

It’s spontaneous erection that happens while you’re asleep. You may or may not wake up with erection - morning wood.
