Is it okay to wrap my dick lightly during the night for 6 hours or so. Some guys here have done it.

I would really advise against it!
The reason being is that you heal from injury at night and need all the blood flow you can get, and every time I tried it I ended up waking up in a panic to take it off and scratch my dick because cock rings make it itch.
