Hi guys,

I’m working at factoring in some Fowfers to aid my flaccid length, and night Fowfers seemed like a good way to get this done without impacting time. Problem is, I don’t think I’m doing them right.

As I understand it, you simply have to pull your penis back through your legs and hold it in place with your legs (the foetal position is what I’ve seen recommended). When I do this, I don’t really feel any stretch, and more annoyingly I tend to squash my balls.

Has anybody tried these and can you please provide some pointers?

I do them during the day at my desk and have never smashed my balls. I’ve seen others complain about it. I keep my balls up front when I pull my dick BTC. Then I put my legs together as I pull my underwear and pants up. It doesn’t hold a strong stretch but it sure helps with the flaccid length. I use a wrist cuff that is 2” wide and velcro closure about half the time. That works really good at getting rid of turtling.
