Night erections vs curved shaft

Hello guys. I have a kind of pronounced upward curve. About 30-40 degrees.

Till now I used to hold my tool pointing upwards in my underwear. Maybe that’s the reason I developed the upward curve. I know this subject has been discussed a million times here, won’t bring it up. Since I started PE, for whatever reason I felt better if I hold it pointing downwards.

Is this ok for night erections? I feel soreness now in my ligs and at the point where my tool curves. Can this be from night erections causing my dick to rise and try to curve? The underwear surely opposes the erection. I hope you get my point.

You wear underwear when you sleep? I think that’s a mistake.

Try to wear some short pants or something more comfortable than underwear.

I get what you are saying, it might be the same for me as well, but I don’t know, could be. I thought curves can come from out of no where.
