Night and morning wood

I have again started penis enlargement newbie routine on 26th Dec 2015, first 5 days i did regular, 6th Day I took a rest, 7th and 8th day I did exercise again, 9th and 10th (i was out of town)… I felt very low or not at all morning or night woods… I don’t know where is the mistake of not having the woods?

You went a bit too far at those 5 consecutive days of training. Overall erections and night woods are the first to take the hit when we over do it.

How is your diet, overall health and sleep routine? Many days I wake up with a full flaccid. That’s a good sign that I did have morning wood.

Morning wood is not definitely required, if you like.

If you wake up with a full penis, fat and juicy, it’s the same thing.

If you don’t even have that, then you have overtrained.

Rest for a few days and take it easy

If someone is not doing penis enlargement exercise, but usually if he has urine urge in the morning at that time penis usually erect and after urination it comes to the flaccid shape.

Yes it is. If you think about it when you’re awake and have to the urge to urinate badly, you don’t get an erection.

I am not getting morning and night woods since after doing exercise from 26th Dec 2015.

Now I am doing newbie as per instructions, 2 days on and 1 day off.

I am really worried for not having night and morning woods.. :(

Hey Titleist, I just added clamping to my Wednesday Friday routines. Just 3 sets of 3 minutes but I thought I had lost my night erections and definitely my morning wood this morning, but I was still full flaccid. What do you think should I drop the clamping, maybe switch it to Tuesday Thursday and add Wednesday as a rest day? My routine is posted here. Thanks man!

I sleep mostly 6 hours daily and have a healthy diet.

Milk, Eggs, dry fruit, chapatti, Chicken, drinking water 10 glasses, dry fruit, sometimes fruits..

Try and get 8 hours and back off PE until your night wood shows up.
