Hi!

Are there any evidence that nicotine is hurting “growth” with PE? I know it constricts the blood vessels but that does not mean anything in itself. Seems like lots of people speculate that is is bad but I don’t really see any evidence or even success stories from quitting nicotine and growing more.

Of course I would like to quit, but it is hard as hell.. And I admit it. I enjoy it very much :)

Any smart observations anyone?

Ps I’m from Sweden. I use “snus” like many others here. It’s tobacco you put under your upper lip. You get the nicotine in your blood system, but it does not affect the lungs like smoking does. I’m an athlete and it does not interfere with my training at all. Even the top athletes in Sweden use “snus” and no studies have proven it harmful (more than cold hands and feet, which I don’t have a problem with, and that it constricts the blood vessels while using it).

If it’s a vasoconstrictor, it will effect your EQ to some degree. When you’re young it shouldn’t really matter, you’ll find as you get older the little things start to matter.

Of course with PE you’re trying to get more blood into your penis to force it to get bigger - so it probably does to some degree. Just how much no one knows. You could conceivably go nuts with supplements trying to maximize your growth, and not do as well as simply doing nothing but quitting nicotine.

I’ve been experiencing that cigarettes gives you bigger flaccid temporary. And I’ve heard that it affects your EQ. I don’t know but smoking only does harm.

Yeah, nicotine is no good of course. Just hoped to get some solid information that could motivate me to quit for real this time :)

You should quit the “snus” habit ‘cause it could be harmful for your mouth.. Btw I m a smoker and I can tell you as long as I don’t smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day my EQ is good.


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

I will try quitting as I hope it will help me improve my general health. I also hope it will help me to get better results with PE. This shit is important to me! :)

Now… anyone got any bright ideas on how to quit and stick with it…? There are many holes to fall in on this road. I know from experience…
