Nice intense lig stretch
I’ve been doing a new stretch for about 3 weeks and I’ve noticed it can be pretty intense on the ligs. Since I haven’t measured in a month, I can’t tell you exactly how much it has gained me. But I do pump about 5 times a week. And this week I’ve noticed each time that I am about .25 inch longer in the pump at the same pressure I always use. So I see that as a positive sign. I apologize if this stretch is already known and been used by others. I’ve just been experimenting and tried this out. One warning though, go easy because you can pull very hard doing this and injury is definitely possible.
So here is the stretch. Laying on your back, raise the right leg up towards your chest. Using the right arm, reach around the outside of your raised right leg and grip the penis in a way that feels best for you. I use the ok grip with a few fingers about mid-shaft. I then firmly pull down almost like you are starting a Fowfer. Now lower the right leg to try and straighten it out. This uses the right leg pushing down to assist in the pull and can give quite a good stretch all by itself. You don’t have to go intense here. Just enough to keep a good firm grip held for about 30 seconds. Then here is where you’ll get the second whammy. Take the LEFT leg that has been doing nothing and tuck it up to your chest slowly. This will pull the ligs from the opposite direction and you should feel a good burn. Then do a 30 count. Once done, then get some blood back into the penis and reverse sides using the left leg to reach around raising the right leg. This helps balance out the pull on both sides.
I do this 30 seconds each side and 2 - 3 reps. I also mix in other newbie stretches. I find the next day I can feel the ligs still twinging and I’ve been doing them for a few weeks. Please note that I didn’t jump into these stretches right off as a newbie. I was stretching for a few months and was hitting a point where I wasn’t feeling any benefit from the newbie routine.
