So I’ve been doing the Newbie Routine for about 45 days now.

Started with a 5 minute warmup, 5 minute stretch, 10 minute jelq, and 5 minute warm-down.
Now at 5 minute warmup, 10 minute stretch, 20 minute jelq, and 5 minute warm-down.

I wanted to switch things up and wondered if anyone has anything to say about the following plan?

Morning: 5 minute warmup, 15-20 minute stretching, 5 minute warm-down
(12 hour break)
Evening: 5 minute warmup, 30 minute jelq, 5 minute warm-down

Has anyone tried anything similar? Any recommendations or comments?

It’s good. But in your evening session, you should do some light stretches to warm up your dick for the jelqs. Is this a shock routine or are you going to use this as your current routine?

Memento’s routine has the same break down (stretching in the morning and jelqs in the evening) although with some more advanced stuff which may or may not be necessary for you.

Wad recommends this routine, though he modifies it so that the girth part (the evening portion) is every other day. Here’s the link to that:

I changed to this type of routine three weeks ago because it’s more convenient to have stretches and jelqing separate. I think the key to gains with this routine is getting the ideal on/off cycle. Right now I do 2 on | 1 off | 1 on | 1 very intense day on | 2 off. I’m still seeing good gains so I’m sticking with this.

With the newbie routine about .5 of an inch in length and .2 of an inch in girth in a month. Not measuring for another two weeks (and haven’t in two weeks.. Although I’ve only noticed an increase in girth during that time) so that’s how long I’ll be trying this routine out.

For the evening of the new routine I warmup with a washcloth and do the obligatory light stretches but nothing that I hold for much time at all.
