So I’ve been doing the Newbie Routine for about 45 days now.
Started with a 5 minute warmup, 5 minute stretch, 10 minute jelq, and 5 minute warm-down.
Now at 5 minute warmup, 10 minute stretch, 20 minute jelq, and 5 minute warm-down.
I wanted to switch things up and wondered if anyone has anything to say about the following plan?
Morning: 5 minute warmup, 15-20 minute stretching, 5 minute warm-down
(12 hour break)
Evening: 5 minute warmup, 30 minute jelq, 5 minute warm-down
Has anyone tried anything similar? Any recommendations or comments?
