Next step advice.
I am 3 months into PE and have had good gains so far(about .75 IN BPEL and about .5 IN EG). In the last month I gained .17 IN BPEL, but no gain in EG. My routine is 10 minutes manual stretching and 10 minutes wet jelqing, with a 5 minute hot shower before and after my exercises. I am currently 1 day on, 1 day off.
I realize that there are many different routes I can take from here, from new exercises to new routines, or both. I only want to tweak my current routine enough to continue the gains, as I want to ease into any changes rather than overtrain. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
