I have been looking at the free stuff on the forum for a few months now waiting for more registration to finally open up.

I have been doing PE exercises since February 21 of this year and have had some encouraging length gains. I started with the newbie routine of 5 min hot-wrap warm up, 6 minutes of manual stretching and 5 minutes of wet jelqing (3 second jelq) followed by a hot shower warm-down. Over the course of my PEing I have gradually worked my way up to my current level of 5 min hot-wrap warm up, 12 minutes of manual stretching and 30 minutes of wet jelqing followed by a hot shower warm-down. I have been doing my PE routine 5 days on followed by 2 days rest. I will most likely continue with this routine until I see my length gains slow significantly but for now I am very happy with my progress although I would really like to see some gains on my girth. What would the veterans suggest for a PEer going on 2+ months of PEing in terms of a good manual girth exercise that won’t result in injury?

Below is my progress since I began my PE (all measurements are in inches using the same ruler):
2/21/2011 EL-BP - 7.10 EG-MS - 5.65
3/01/2011 EL-BP - 7.25 EG-MS - 5.65
3/15/2011 EL-BP - 7.50 EG-MS - 5.75
3/31/2011 EL-BP - 7.75 EG-MS - 5.75

Oh and I forgot my BPFSL

2/21/11 - 7.70

3/01/11 - 7.85

3/15/11 - 7.95

3/31/11 - 8.125

Nice gains! That’s a tough question. Most girth exercises carry a higher risk or injury and are best left to those with some PE experience under their belt. In a happy coincidence, most of us go for length first and are, therefore, usually pretty experienced by the time we start focusing on girth work. If I were you, I would stick with what you’re doing until the gains stop. Then, gradually increase the number or jelqs and the level of erection while jelqing. You might also consider pumping (a bit controversial — read and make up your own mind). After a few months you might incorporate Uli’s (manual squeezes — no clamps yet). Once your gains stop with these exercises, and only after an absolute minimum of 6 months of regular PE , you might slowly introduce clamping. Just don’t push things and stay safe. If you see any negative PI’s, back off. Good luck and welcome.

Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)

Thanks for the advice! Sounds good, I have been playing it fairly safe in my opinion and haven’t had any negative Pis yet and I would like to keep it that way!
