Newer to PE - advice?

Hey all,

I’m new to PE as of 3 months ago. I have been following the following routine since then:

10 minutes warm-up
15 minutes stretches (30 seconds per position - left, out, right, up)
15 minutes jelqing (alternate 2 minutes each V-jelq and ok-grip)
+/- Some edging

I also do 10 piss-pulls after I use the bathroom every day. I have not seen concrete gains I’m confident in. I have had minor improvements on flaccid over time, although these disappear after more than 2 days break (I do 5 on, 2 off usually) and do not appear after if I have masturbated or exercised that day. I didn’t often get morning wood (never had problems with ED though - 26yo), but I haven’t seen an improvement since starting PE either. I can’t seem to get a consistent measure I am confident in, since I’m seeing girth and length variation up to 0.125-0.25 inches depending on tightness of tailor tape or force of bone-pressing and even the vertical angle of the erection. Starting lengths of 6.75BPEL, 5BEG, 4.75MSEG, 3-3.5FL and 4FG looking ultimately for 8BPEL, 5.5MSG, 5FL and 5FG. Thinking about a bathmate and extender, but manuals are so much easier for stealth from the wife.

Any advice?

Well if you graduated from the Newbie routine and gaines have stopped or slowed. It is time to try something else. I did use the bathmate in the beginning of my PE career and had Success With It. I grew a quarter of an inch in 2 months, but I stopped using it because I was getting terrible EQ.

I’m fairly new also so grain of salt..

I had luck altering my rest days. I really believe (what a lot of vets say) that a lot of growth happens on rest days.

Maybe try 2 on 1 off for awhile, with a 2 or 3 day rest every few weeks?

“1/4” in 2 months” Is that length or girth and which bathmate did you use?

Honestly I think you overdid it. With that routine and a 5/2 frequency for the first three months, I am not astonished your dick does not grow as desired and that you have negative PI’s.

It’s time to start listening to your dick! Because he’s screaming “Less please!” by having negative PI’s.

Give it at break. A serious break of 2-4 weeks. And then start all over again. What I would do is the Linear Newbie routine on a strict 1on/2off frequency for the first month, then 2on/2off for the second and third month.

Note down every day your PI’s! Then have a look at your logbook after three months and decide what you can modify.

Sometimes less is more.

Newbie Wanting Advice

Hey everyone newbie here and need advice. I’ve been doing penis exercises and doing some pumping for 3 months. But I was wondering all the vets, what PE action pumping, extenders, hanging , exercising or something else has given the best results?? Also why do they say to do lengthening before starting girth?? Thank you appreciate feedback
