Well as the title says I am a newbie and a short time lurker. Just to sum that up I found this a fairly long time ago when I first started to look around for improving my physical performance. Soon after I learned about kegels and ejaculation controlling I found out about PE, well I was obviously skeptical but stumbled upon this sight. I tried it on and off thinking it was a scam with a bunch of people trying to break my unit spending countless hours talking theory, and building instruments of destruction. Then one of the most knowledge able people I have ever come across on my favorite working out sight informed me about this place. Since it came from this guy it had to be true and I suddenly realized how silly I was to think the above. Now I am here and fully dedicated to the hypertrophy of my most prized item.

So on-word to my questions:
1. How large must you be to fit into the extra large condoms, for instance Trojan magnums (my goal)?

2. At what point girth wise can you no longer receive oral sex (I’ll guess 6.5”)?

3.a)Could a link be posted for recommendations for uncut hangers?
B)What is the most comfortable hanger for uncut guys? I’ve started to build the chicken choker 3?? It is the one that uses gravity to keep it closed.

4. Is there many guys who are only close to 5’ 9” that have gone from average to 8” non bone pressed or more?

5. Is there any pictures of these red dots, I wish to see some to make sure I’m not overlooking them. I don’t think I get them but several months ago when I wasn’t dedicated I did manage to bruise myself twice. Now it seems to be allot more resilient to jelqing and other harder exercises.

Just to clear things up I am not exactly a newbie, I have gained probably .2” of length (permanent) from this, soon more to come. Now recently since I started to do light hand clamping (short two min) with jelqing and similar Uli exercises I’m excited for .5” of girth soon.

Most normal condoms are supposed to stretch to large measurements but I’ve found some tight. There are lots of threads here on condom sizes but I’m affraid I’m no expert so I’ll have to skip that question.

Depends on the partner and what you consider oral sex. Even a 5” girth can be problematic to some people.

Experimentation is probably the key here. Hanging is maybe harder than it is for cut guys but you probably won’t notice a major difference between hangers until you go up the wieghts.

Height and penis size aren’t related. There are plenty of people who’ve got to 8”.

Very hard to take pictures of tiny red dots. If they are pin prick size that’s OK, anything way bigger is a problem. Anything the size of a small coin is a majr problem.

Well I wish I knew for sure. It has not been long I’m going to drop any guessing from the on and off time when I was not dedicated and say after December 2 months. I never made a formal note in my head till recently of my starting date, I do however know my girth size for sure as for length I swear I was smaller then I looked at the tape and I was larger so I’m going to put down as 6 for my official starting size even though I think it was just under.

No I have not been, the issue here is multi tasking. I would love to be able to study and stretch at the same time thus light hanging will be started.

Well twice in the same spot or very near I managed to give myself a small bruise on the side of my shaft half way up while jelqing. That was when I first started toying around with that technique in the shower. Now that I can use the same amount of pressure as before if not more I have to say that was just because I was not conditioned. Oh the spot was not very large maybe dime sized, and was not dark either I stopped both times as soon as I noticed it and after a week or so of break it was gone. The second one was smaller and left even sooner.

For got to post my routine. Well I started with the basic newbie routine, that’s what I was doing when I bruised myself. So when I started up again I continued with that routine. Now I have started to change it a bit to a more similar way to how I work out.

I do 5 times a week, with weekends as rest days. I alternate between girth and length days. I also have been increasing the intensity/length by a weekly basis.

Length days I mostly do manual stretches with some light jelqing at the end.
Girth days I mostly jelq but I have started trying other exercises that I feel I can handle. Nothing to crazy some of them I won’t try for a long time. For this I have tried light clamping when I get to hard, and two other exercises I’m not sure of there names.

One is where you use OK grip (at base) and slowly add pressure to the sides with the rest of your fingers, the I lighten up a bit and end with a jelqing motion.

The other Is I form a OK grip at the base and carefully push blood from the top to the base one finger at a time to get more pressure around the base.

As for time goes it really varies I do what I can each day usually 30 min to an hr some days I do have to skip because I don’t have time but I will then just add an extra day somewhere else.

OK here’s a new question then, Is there any threads that talk about the theory of the warm up. Obviously there is I’m just off to work now. My main question is that how does warming up with a towel differ from warming up with increased blood flow from an erection? For instance when you work out you lift weights to warm up instead of hopping in a hot shower before hand?

Those are not good. Watch out for injuries in the same place repeatedly.

:) Consider the fact that some people don’t gain from hanging. imo it is second step PE, something to look at once you know you aren’t gaining.

That sounds like an interesting routine. I’m not sure it would be as effective as the standard newbie routine but maybe you can keep us posted. Eek. clamping.

All good questions. There are threads but I can’t think of them right now, you are as likely to find them with a search as me.

How do these things differ? Penetration, actually heat transfer (convection/radiation), massage helps imo.

You will also come across people who say they don’t bother and others who think a hot wrap does nothing because it doesn’t reach a temperature which is useful.

Personally I’ve found no better technique than a wash cloth just off scalding fully wringed out effectively acting as a steam based wrap, with massage through the cloth and frequent reapplication (maybe rotating two cloths).
