For starters I would like to say that linear and newbie routines are proven to give results, I don’t question them at all. I will make an effort although I am new to this, I am celebrating a year of PE January, to give knowledge I have gained through this whole year of only manuals, by me and others much more experienced by me.
If a veteran sees something dangerous to the present please help me correct it, immediately, but I think I will keep it as safe and effective as possible.
Gathered knowledge for newbies, here we go:
30 jelqs, 20 2-3 sec kegels, 5 minutes edging, no stretching. Application of constant heating through the whole routine. From start to finish.Find a safe way.
One week 3 days on, second week 4 days on, third week 3 days etc.Increase by 10 jelqs every week until you reach 100.After that maintain 100 until you reach three months of PE. Stop completely for a week. 2-3 ejaculations a week only preferably by sex.
Start again with 50 jelqs a week, increasing by 20 every week when, you reach 200 maintain that until you reach three months again. Constant heating. 30 kegels a session. Start stretching. 3 reps in each direction, up, down, left and right, hold for 10 secs. 5 minutes of edging. Same thing. One week 4 days, second 3 days on, third 4 again etc. Induce at least 2 erections a day keeping them for 2-5 minutes, but not after a session. Let 3-4 hours pass or pick another time of the day.2-3 ejaculations a week.On this circuit start l arginine supplement. 2 grams a day. One month on, one off.
Six months done. After that you are on your own. You can buy a pump or equipmnet. You will figure out what is best for you, feel free to ask.
2) Am I doing it right?
Jelqing.Never apply pressure on the top and bottom of the penis. It doesn’t matter why not. Just don’t do it. Jelq only the sides of the penis. Don’t close the grip, don’t jelq the glands.
Stretching. Hold the penis below glands and pull, not too hard, you dont need pain, just a good stretch. Simple. If you have foreskin, pull it back first, reveal the glands, grab below glands and pull. If stretching fucks up your EQ, fuck it. Don’t do it, keep up with the rest.
Kegeling. Too many kegels will fuck you up. Too little will do no good.Keep them moderate.
Edging. Edging is masturbating without ejaculating. Simple enough. No happy end.
Heating. Heat is essential. You won’t get injured plus it makes the penis like hot rubber, easy to manipulate. Penis likes heat.It feeds by it. Otherwise vaginas, ass and mouths would be cold. Testicles though hate heat. Try applying heat only to the penis, although if this is not possible, 15 minutes to half an hour of constant balls heating won’t be dangerous. Just apply heat.
Indications of growth.Longer flaccid, good. Thicker flaccid good. Spontaneous erections very good. Bigger erections, excellent, Morning wood good. No morning wood but long and fat morning flaccid, still good, little pain like itching good, shrinkage ONLY up to an hour or 2 after sessions good.
Permanent Turtling or shrinkage, bad. No morning wood, no morning fat flaccid, bad, pain very bad, numbness you are fucked just not permanently. Word.
Pain in the base of the penis. Rest. You are pulling too hard. Lighten up a little. Yes, from stretching.
Red spots. Disregard. It’s nothing serious. Just stop for 3-5 days.
Discoloration. Do Firegoats rolls. Hit the search button.
Bad EQ or weak erections. 90% it’s overtraining. Stop for a week or two completely
Shrinkage-turtling. Overtraining, nothing serious. Stop for a while. When it gains normal flaccid size, continue.
Pain in cc. You are putting too much pressure on jelqing. Lighten up the grip
Pain/Sting in cs. Didn’t I tell you not to close the grip while jelqing? Nothing serious, but if you have urination issues, go see a doc. In most cases you will get away with only a week of antibiotics.
Numbness. a) Overtraining or wrong pressure application. Don’t touch the penis for as long as needed. Touch it only to pee. b) Other cases. Go see a doc. Gongrats, you will fuck at least in two months again.Of course I am being sarcastic. You WILL fuck again. Don’t worry. It is just a bad injury, it will take time to heal. That’s all.
4) What to expect?
Minimum bad ass rock hard erections. Maximum 0.5 to 1 inch in length and 0.2-0.5 in girth. Time? 6 months to 1 year. Don’t quit.
