I have been doing PE exercises for 10 weeks now. I am writing this to reflect my experiences and maybe gain some insight from vets as well as ofer advice for newbies (Am I STILL a newbie after 10 weeks??)
I have followed Ludvadus’s routine pretty much. Not always with great consistency and I have probably had about 10 or so extra rest days than if I’d stuck to a strict 2 ON 1 OFF routine as he says.
In 10 weeks I have gained a bit over a half inch in length which I am pretty amazed by being sceptical going in. Maybe gained 1/8 for girth. Erection strength is improved.
Initially, being uncut it was tough going and I couldn’t jelq as consistently as I do now. A tip to those in the same boat is persist with it - eventually your skin at the base of the penis stretches to allow you to jelq more efficiently.
Perhaps the biggest surprise I have observed is that just this past week I took 3 days OFF and when I measured my erect length after this it was bigger than better. That doesn’t mean I will take 3 days off after each jelq but I will certainly experiment with longer than recommended rest to see if(like with weight training) produces an overcompensation effect beyond that which can be achieved from just 1 or 2 rest days a week. Any thoughts from vets on this odd result (I gained over 1/8 in 3 days off!)
One thing I don’t like is the loose skin that folds up at the base of the penis/balls? Is there any way to minimise this? Although it was vital for me to be able to jelq I don’t want it getting any worse:(
For now, although I find PE boring and tedious I will stick to the basics of jelq and stretch and leave the advanced stuff for later. Eventually I want to get to the stage where I can maintain my size. What frequency of PE would be sufficient for that based on users’ experience. I would love to just maintain doing PE just once or twice a week max.
