K guys, finally managed to register here :)

I’ve tried PE a couple times in my life, and I think there was some slight gain in my first attempt, though it was just a fraction of an inch. With a new GF, I decided to start it once more, though, and do my best, this time. Cause I feel that +/- 5,5 inches isn’t enough for me to feel comfortable.

The first thing I wonder about is no weariness after the exercises, damn, even after 30 mins of jelqing I don’t really feel a thing, my member is as “fresh” as usual. Maybe I put too little strength in it? Still, if I pressed harder, it would be painful.

And the other.. I find my English decent, still, I have no clue what LOT theory is about. Can’t understand it. Can someone explain it in simple words? I would be forever grateful.

Thanks and cheers, today I start newbie routine again :)

I’m new here also. Just take your time. I’m not sure what you mean by weariness. I have been at it 1 month today and have a much better flaccid length and a little more erect length. From what I have read here don’t worry about LOT. It is just a theory that has not bee proven.

Longterm goal 8" BPEL and 6" EG

Hey Alsy, if you are just starting out at PE, it’s better to take it slower and not rush into anything. Keep a look out for PI (can do a search for it), which means indicators that suggest you are making some progress, such as better morning wood, longer flaccid hangs, harder erections, etc. What kind of routine are you working on as well? Post it and perhaps some people might be able to help you with it. Also you could check out the video section to see if your technique of jelqing is correct. And jimdavid is right on the LOT being just a theory.

Something that I’ve noticed is that I can feel fine after a couple days of exercising and then randomly, one evening my EQ will take a sharp negative turn. I’d be careful about overdoing it as your penis can sometimes randomly decide it doesn’t want to be happy anymore ;)

PE is not bodybuilding: you don’t have to feel your unit worn or any pain. You should feel or unit better, not worse. Give a read to this, if you haven’t already:
Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Good luck!

Thanks for responses. My routine is:

5 mins warm up (a stream of hot water directed at my dick when I take shower is all I can do -> still living with parents ;) )
5 mins stretches
10 min jelqing
50 x 5sec kegels

Can’t do an extra warm up afterwards, unfortunately.

Like the tip says, I’m going to increase it to 10 min stretches and 30 min jelqing throughout next 6 weeks.

So no weariness is in fact positive? That’s good. I don’t feel any temporal increase after the training though, my dick looks completely normal, as if I haven’t done anything. Can’t apply more force because it causes pain in a certain spot in the glans (always the same one.), but I think it’s not a very light grip anyway.

It’s a bit itchy around the ending afterwards, though, something that normally never happens. It goes away after ~10 mins.

I am really looking forward to 5.5 BPEL -> 7.0 BPEL one day :)

By the way, do you count inch as 2.5 cm, or 2.54?

1 inch = 2.54 cm
