Newbie1, a few questions.
Hey, I’m 18, 6’2, with fairly large.everything— except penis. I was victim of a surgery gone wrong in my younger days, and well.. It couldn’t have helped much. My starting stats were (bp)5.1” x 4.0”, nearly 6 weeks ago. My goal with PE is to reach 7.0 x 5.25. I’ve been using the newbie routine, gradually increasing the duration of the excercises, and started introducing kegel jelqs occasionally in my routine. I know PE seems to be unique to everyone, but gains stop from my current routine, what would be a good second routine to take up? I’m curious of the responses, please include personal experiences/gains with the routines or excercises you recommend.
Also, I’m going away in a month on a one-week vacation. I will have time for PE only in the shower(15-20 minutes a day) Would my penis be affecting by this one week break? Is there a good routine I could use for maintainance? If so, what is it?
Oh- and my current stats are 5.7” x 4.45”
