Hi guys I’m new to PE and I’m sorry if this is not the right post, I actually just started the Newbie program and been doing for a month already and feel

Like its working, well not measurable, but it seems thicker. I think I’m average I’m 5.62 inches in length and 5 inches in girth.

Is it possible to enlarge it to at least 7-7.5 inches in length and 6-6.5 inches in girth regardless the time?

So I have a question, how long should I stick to the newbie program, and when and what exercises I have to add ?

Welcome to the club. It’s a very good sign that you’re already feeling bigger and heavier.
It’s not unusual for guys who are careful and dedicated (and maybe just a bit genetically blessed) to gain 1.5” in length. It seems like most men gain length faster than girth so I’m not sure about your girth goals. I know a 1 inch or 1.5 inch girth gain is possible (I gained about 7/8” in girth) but it looks to be the exception.

Who knows? Keep working at it and see where the journey takes you.

It takes time, but sure is possible … alot of time, dedication and consistency must be invested.

Not sure how your body will respond to PE, but in general is good to stay newbie’ing for 4 to 6 months. Do not step too quickly in increases and adds … because recovery from injury or overtrained penis takes a LONG time.

I happen to be very patient and dedicated in whatever I do, so I think I can do it.

I forgot to mention that I’m 19 years old so I have a lot of time ahead of me.

I’m being careful and doing it 2 on / 1 off.

If there is anything else you can suggest I would really appreciate.

As the gentlemen above said, PE is a long term process, but it works. How much you gain and in which direction depends on many things, like, genetics, your technique and so on.

Some men gain fast, others may take more time. Such gains are not unheard of, but they usually take a long time, and require patience, consistency and persistence.

Do not try to rush things up, that will not lead to quicker gains, but to quicker injuries. Take your time, and do it for your penile health and EQ, then size gains will come.

You do not need to change your routine as long as it is working. Stick to the newbie routine until you stop gaining form it. After that, you can gradually increase the duration OR intensity of your exercises. And later on, you can research more advanced ones.

I would say expect an inch in length and half in girth in a year or so.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Always do the warm up before start any routine. Heat will be your best friend during your PE carrer.

Healthy living will impact positively in PE, like: 7-9 hours of sleep, “clean” diet, alot of water, no-smokes, less to no-coffee, less to no-boose, less to none-porn, moderate exercises.

Lol, looks like you’ve kept that line in your mind .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Easy to remember because is what I’ve done so far, lel. Except I don’t smoke and don’t drink coffee.

Health is everything. Don’t want to spend my saving in medicines and hospital bills.
