Hi guys I’m new to PE and I’m sorry if this is not the right post, I actually just started the Newbie program and been doing for a month already and feel
Like its working, well not measurable, but it seems thicker. I think I’m average I’m 5.62 inches in length and 5 inches in girth.
Is it possible to enlarge it to at least 7-7.5 inches in length and 6-6.5 inches in girth regardless the time?
So I have a question, how long should I stick to the newbie program, and when and what exercises I have to add ?
