Okay, so I’ve been doing PE off and on for a couple months. Ill go for about two weeks solid, then stop for a month, and re-do that. For nearly a year. I was mainly doing jelqs in the shower, so, I was getting the warm up/down, followed by about twenty kegels. During those sessions I don’t really think I gained anything. Length, nor girth. So, here’s my question, I’m currently 6 3/4 inches long, with a girth of 5 inches, 1 3/4 inches across in width.

Toilet paper roll test? Yes, I’ve done that. Girth was the part I failed there. My penis almost perfectly fit the toilet paper roll, but it was pretty depressing to hear that most men can’t fit their head inside the toilet paper roll. Just wondering what I should be doing to gain girth, and how I should be during sex as long as I get her dripping wet before penetration.

So, I’m looking to mainly gain girth, though I would like to add an inch or so as well in length. What should I do to mainly focus on that? Would hanging, holding blood stationary in the penis, or anything such as that be helpful? My body is still in development, which leads me to not expose my age. Though, even if I was to share confidential information as such with you, it’d probably be diminished as a false statement; so take my word, my body is still in development. Seeing as from common internet sources state that the body development ends around nineteen to twenty-one.

You need to do the newbie routine, preferably the Linear Newbie Routine, for the first 3 months. It takes care of girth and length. If you think you are still growing, you need to be very careful with any exercises.

Hanging is mostly a length exercise.
