Hello Friend!!
Long time I didn’t do PE. My last PE exercises were stretching and Jelq, I didn’t gain much So I decided to quit.
Now I just have a new idea and routine, that won’t take too much time. I decided to use mainly body and hand creams applying them to the penis. Doing it every time I feel my penis is not moisture enough. Also I will do 100 Jelq every day. Also I decided to do clamping 20-30 minutes a day while rubbing the penis with Omega 3 Oil!
I just want to see where I get with that routine.
My Current stats when maximum erect is NBPEL 6.3” , Girth 5.9”
