Am new to the world of PE and this site.

Am not the most confident of people but can put on a good front. Have always thought that my penis was way to small and am very self conscious about who gets to see, not very many. While talking with a friend PEing came up and I became quite interested and began asking a few questions, we are both gay so this wasn’t an issue for us but me showing my penis was. He explained the exercises he does and showed me his stretching tool and also put me onto this site. I have since started on the newbie routine and have recently purchased a stretching tool of my own, am a true convert. We now do the exercises together, mostly online, and are encouraging each other every way we can and I am no longer self conscious around him with regards to the size or lack there of. I am posting my measurements, these are not a true reading as they are after doing the routine for a few weeks but will be the base from which I now record. Hope thats acceptable. It was not that long ago that their would have been no way I would have put these down in print but through this site have gained confidence and size and know that that can only improve from here.
BPEL: 5” EG: 4.5 FL: 3.75 FG: 3.5
Am not putting down where I want to be or expect to get, am not a goal setter, will be thankful for whatever improvement happens and have no doubt that there will be some.

Thanks to all who post in here, it really helps reading from others the same things that I am going through and ways to improve the outcome.

Welcome to the world of PE. Best of luck to you in your journey. I suggest putting a short term goal and a long term goal as I feel with out these you will tend to settle. Obviously not everyone will reach their goal, but it does help as another form of motivation.

I suggest doing as much reading about this as possible. Obviously the more you know about something the easier it will be to find something that suits you and your daily activities. Don’t be to eager to change routines and be consistent with your exercises. You might read about guys whom have been PE’ing for years with no gains, but when asked about their routines they state it’s off and on. What I’ve found with some of the best gainers is there is a common key element and it’s their consistency of their exercising.

Again, best of luck to you and your friend. Make sure to take pictures and document everything so you can see your gains.

Welcome Philadel :) Like I’ve been telling you, your not that small. 5x4.5 is average. It’s been great teaching you about it, has made me re think some of the ways I do PE. And helps keep me motivated.

Thanks for the comments guys, will consider putting in a short term goal but am happy and motivated and thats the main thing.

Here’s the short term goals as promised.
Currently 9/04/08: BPEL 5 EG 4.5
1yrs time BPEL 6.5 EG 5.5
And if/when I achieve that will see what happens from there.

My good man you have certainly come to the right place! Your goals seem attainable and wise but remember, don’t over do it. If you give in to your insecurities and begin to attack your unit nothing will happen. Take your time and you will see results. Also remember there are a lot of ways to please a woman don’t worry about you size and you’ll be fine. Life is too short to worry about your cock being too short. Have fun do what you will and in time you’ll get to a good spot. Insecurities never die, you could be the most hung man alive and feel bad about yourself or the most inadequate man in the world and be completely content. It’s all a state of mind.

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Welcome to Thunder’s! After hearing about you in I’m a PE mentor, it’s nice to finally see you posting.

I am almost exactly the same size as you and I can certainly relate to the issues you’ve written about. You might want to take a look at my thread periodically. I regularly post about these matters; maybe it’ll be of interest to you as well. I totally get what you’re saying "…would have been no way I would have put these down in print." As little as six weeks ago, I wouldn’t even have considered posting on a forum like this. But, here I am now, posting away nearly every day!
