Ok if this is mentioned I’m sorry for asking but if I reached where I wanted and then stopped doin the exercises will it go back to how it was or do I gotta keep up the exercises to keep the gains?

You are likely to get most of your gains from stretching ligaments. Once stretched, I’d say you will keep the vast majority of gains.

Maybe a maintenance routine is needed to keep them all, but you should keep most of them.

I think the general view is as we get older we lose erection quality and flexibility anyway, so regardless of past PE, some simple routine can be used to maintain health of the penis.
