Is it okay to go for 4x2 rather than 2days/1 rest, on the newbie routine for 3 months?

Okay, thanks! BTW, is it safe to incorporate JAI Stretches into the Newbie Routine? I’ve been searching and it seems to be inconclusive.

I would say yes because JAI is a very basic but effective stretch. a JAI stretch just reminds me of a really short manual stretch, so it would seems really safe to do.

Plus it is much easier on the hands over the 20-60second stretches.
