I bought similiar exercises on the net several years ago. I tried it out for just about 3 weeks and I realised that I had gained over half of an inch. But I stopped after 3 weeks since I didnt feel comfortable doing it (I didnt find the place to do it peacefully)

The gains went back so afterwards I just thought that “hmm this is just BS that you must continue to forever”.

Now 3 years later I’m doing a new attempt after I found this website. I’ve also found a good place for my routine - the shower :)

This is my routine I’ve been doing for 1 week

Normal jelquings 300
Stretching in every direction for 30s

I also to some kegels when I have the time.(driving the car etc.)

The funnny thing is that I seem to have the same gains as I had 3 years ago. I’m almost up half of an inch in just one week. But I know that it’s not permanent so thats why I’m looking for some advice.

How do I know when some of the gains are permanent?

How many days a week is recommended to train?

Btw, I really recommend baby oil when jelquing.

Start with the newbie routine, you have all the information ther.

Unfortunately, you will have to work for some time before those gains become permanent; but don’t let that discourage you.

Stop Peing for 3 or so days and then measure. The size increase should be permanent then. Days of training depends on the person. 3-5days should be enough. Just remember, make sure the weekly training fits you and is consistent. Baby oil for wet jelqing is good. I think you should do a bit more stretches.
