I bought similiar exercises on the net several years ago. I tried it out for just about 3 weeks and I realised that I had gained over half of an inch. But I stopped after 3 weeks since I didnt feel comfortable doing it (I didnt find the place to do it peacefully)
The gains went back so afterwards I just thought that “hmm this is just BS that you must continue to forever”.
Now 3 years later I’m doing a new attempt after I found this website. I’ve also found a good place for my routine - the shower :)
This is my routine I’ve been doing for 1 week
Normal jelquings 300
Stretching in every direction for 30s
I also to some kegels when I have the time.(driving the car etc.)
The funnny thing is that I seem to have the same gains as I had 3 years ago. I’m almost up half of an inch in just one week. But I know that it’s not permanent so thats why I’m looking for some advice.
How do I know when some of the gains are permanent?
How many days a week is recommended to train?
Btw, I really recommend baby oil when jelquing.
