Hi, I’m a newbie and I was wondering about some things..

1: I know that PE takes time and all but I was wondering how long it took for other members to get to their PE goals?

2: I have a 4.5 inch erection.. Is that a bad thing?

3: What a good routine would be for a newb like me?

Just like all of them, its a start. This stuff does work, i’ve gained and inch and that puts me just at seven inches. Girth at 5.5” so i’ve gained a half inch there.

Having 4.5 inch is bad if you think so, otherwise, it’s just fine. Of course, having more is better.


Starting Aug/06: BPEL 5.5", EG 4.3"

05/Feb/2007: BPEL 6.3", NBPEL 5.7", EG 4.9"

Newbie routine will get you started and well conditioned.

Personally I suggest you try the modified newbie routine located in the member pics section by user Babis.Has worked great for me and pretty much everyone who has tried it has gained .5 cm or better within 6 workouts.I gained over 1 cm in the first 6 workouts myself and Im a newbie at this.Just my opinion though what works for some may not work for others but I think you should give it a try.The best thing about it is that it doesnt over work your penis and so you will have enough deconditioning to keep growing with the easy workouts again when you start back..its 1 day on 2 day off,less is better in my opinion definitely for newbies. I suggest you do a lot of reading because the more knowledge the better but I do suggest you start with the modified newbie routine than maybe work into the regular newbie routine or a more intence version of your own or w.e you feel comfortable with. Just do the newbie routine cutting at roughly half the total work: in example, instead of doing 30” stretches, do it for 15”. The second or 3rd week, you could do them for 20”, and so on.Not a rigid rule, just taking it easy and augmenting work a bit as time goes on.

Welcome, I am a newbie as well. Good luck with everything! As the above members have already stated, I would go with a more toned down newbie routine.
