I am a newbie. I started the newbie routne two days ago and two previous nights just did the stretches.the routine says 2 days on 1 day off.is that still cool? Or should I do every day? Also having the second hand cupped with the stretchin hand is cool for more force?

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Ha, I’m also a NEW MEMBER (<— see wot I did dere! :Cool: ).fumbling through this.

Last night I was stretching and jelqing but I’m not sure I’m doing it right because I got hard. I lost my focus and ended up getting myself off instead.

Sometimes I touch myself and imagine making love to myself with my large penis!!

I HOPE THIS WILL GET EASIER. :(

At the gym, I can use the whole stack on tricep pushdowns, with both hands.

I don’t think that, at this point in your PE career, you need to add 2-handed stretching to your routine, or more force. Some guys have done themselves permanent injury this way.

Remember: PE is a long term project, and you’ll need to take it slow & easy to see permanent results. :jelq:
