What up? I’m a kind of a newbie to the forum stuff so work with. I have been taken pills for penis enlargement, and not doing exercise. So last Monday I decided it’s time to get back into the exercise, so I have almost been a week at it. My routine is as follows: (5 days on/ 2days off)
Power Stretch (15sec. Per rep. For each direction 4 sets)
Uli (30sec. 4 reps.)
Dry Jelq (100 rep.)
Wet Jelp(100 rep.)
Sit Down Stretch
Also I work out I run three miles 3 days then I do weights 2 todays and rest.
