Hello! Obviously I am new, and I was looking for some advice on a couple of things. I have read through some different threads trying to gather up as much information as I can for the past few days, and I am excited to get bigger!! I hope that I can download as much wisdom as possible from everyone here, it seems like a great community. Anyway, enough of the small talk and on to my questions.
I masturbate quite often, I go through flurries of activity. I don’t think I’ve gone longer than about a week and a half without it. I do it every day at least once. I’m not here making a judgment, I can just kind of tell that my guy is tired at times. I’m thinking I’m going to try to “reset” as I’ve seen some people talk about doing, and I’m wondering, during the reset time is it beneficial to start up a beginner routine? Or should I just give it time? I still get erections fine, although they are not as rock hard as they could be. My penis could definitely be healthier. If people could share what they feel is the best way to go, that would be awesome.
My second query is related to pop (or soda, or soda pop-I’m from the Midwest and we call it pop). Obviously it’s out there that pop isn’t the greatest health-wise. I’m addicted to caffeine, and I’m also planning on giving up pop (it will be brutal the first few days of reset and no pop). I’m wondering if other guys have noticed if it affects your dick health at all. Does it seem to make it harder to be fully erect? When you’re not drinking it does it help with hardness, stamina, cum load? Maybe this is a no brain-er but I’m wanting to hear what you guys think and have experienced.

I think it is always best to start slowly to get you D adjusted after a reset period. Think of it this way, you have been working out in a gym and work up to a good routine. When you take a hiatus…do you come back and hit the weights where you left up or do you build back up again? Just be aware of how your penis reacts to your workout and adjust accordingly. I personally think too many people try to rush their gains and either cause injury or slow their progress.

Your goals aren’t lofty at all. Your size is perfectly fine. Considered big. Well above average. Start with the linear routine. After that, do the newbie routine. It will get you at least halfway there.

Yeah. coffee fucks up your erection quality in my opinion. Green tea does the exactly opposite.

Quit masturbating everyday. You are losing erection and flaccid size with this. Twice a week will be fine. Make sure you are having sex at least 2-3 days a week, that is if you are under 35 years of age.

Anyway, ejaculation by masturbation only should be limited. You are losing size with it. If you are not having sex, I would say 3 times a week is enough.

Craven, your analogy made sense to me. I was debating, and I think a small “no touch” period is in order for me-something like 2-3 days, drink lots of water and get into the green tea like bill10 suggested, and then start up the linear routine slowly. I am going to try to cut my masturbation down to 2-3 times a week max.

Thanks bill10, it’s helpful to not only be told that it Is indeed a bad idea to have caffeine, but to offer up something that you believe works. I’m interested in where you learned about it-not questioning you, I’m just intrigued to learn as much as I can.

I read a lot. What I find interesting I put it to the test. If I realize it works I keep it. If not I toss it. When I am asked I always say what worked for me.

Coffee. Antioxidant, yes, but elevates blood pressure and stops the blood vessels from being loose, not a good thing for penis. Green tea. Highly antioxidant, no effect on blood vessels,even some say that it helps vessels to dilate. I don’t know. As long as it doesn’t has the same effects as coffee, I ‘ll take it. And it doesn’t.

Read, ask, notice, never take anything for granted, always know the risks, apply to yourself, decide what’s effective.
