Newbie with some questions
Hello all, just registered not too long ago, glad to finally have an account here. Just few questions, please forgive me if any of this info would be found else where. I started the new newbie routine that you off at 10-20 jelqs without streching for the first week and upping it up by 10 for every 3rd work out. I’m on that routine 2 days on 1 off about to head into my third but I will keep it at 20 because I want to start kind of slow. I kind of used to masturbate alot just a very bad habit, had alot of sex with an ex of mine as well. She moved away now and we stopped having sex. I noticed during those times when I was erect it would not be 100% erect, I’d feel it be around 80% or so. I’d have to flex it to make it hard and well before it never used to be like that. I’m sorry let me keep this short.
Could it be I overmasterbated? I used to do it just about everyday
Would adding kegels into the routine help me reach the full potential of my erections?
Since I’m starting nice and slow just about how many kegels should I start off with, would 50(5 second hold) kegels be good to start with?
Do I do kegels flaccid or erect? Would either have more positive effect than the other?
Could overdoing kegels do any real damage?
