Newbie With routine

Been lurking around for a while. This is my routine..

100 wet jelqs
Around 100-200 Kegels a day

3 days on 1 day off

Started this routine 2 days ago. I would stretch but my unit isn’t ready for that yet.

Starting Stats- NBPEL 5.9-6.0 in Girth- 5.0 in

Any tips? I seem to get very discouraged when I measure alot, so I’m going to measure once a month on the 14Th of every month.

That looks like a great starting routine to me. You may want to work up to the 100 jelqs, and you may find an extra day off here and there will be beneficial.

I did way, way too much. I did not gain beyond about 1/4 inch, which is good, but the way it turned out I could gain, I probably could have doubled that or more if I had backed off. It not only was a waste of time, it may have lessened the overall gain I might have had.

If you use the 200 jelqs as an absolute maximum that you should be worked up to over a couple months, you should be fine. Be sure to take days off if you feel it is getting to be too much. Two days off in a row is never going to hurt, and I got a lot of quick jumps in length from 3 days off during the first 4 months.

BUT remember some guys have gained 1/8 inch per week doing less than 100 jelqs per session. Kevin12 is a good example. You’ll get good gains from taking it easy, you’ll get nothing from over training. Zero.

During the month I gained the fastest, like 1/2 inch, I was doing 100-180 jelqs every other day, most of the time about 120.

I think I’ll do 60 for the next few days and then do 70 and slowly progress each 3 or 4 days. Do this for about 4 weeks. Hopefully I’ll see some gains and then I’ll take another break. My goal is to gain 1/4” in the next 4 weeks. If I can do that, I’ll take another little break. Wish me luck. :)

Thank you! I have been doing a little PE for a a while now, but I started with my routine two days ago. SO I’m going to stick between 80-150 jelqs per day and take at least 3 days off a week! Ill report with my progress soon! It feels good to take advice from a solid gainer with a good routine!

I just wanted to clarify what I meant by 3 days off. You might consider taking three straight days off every two weeks or so. This would be in addition to the normal, X on, X off workout schedule. Life usually makes you take three days off about that often anyway.

Welcome to Thunder’s. My advice is just to be consistent and not overdo it.

I don’t have an answer for you but wanted to point out how we’re all different. Jelqing takes its toll on my unit and stretching is much easier for me. Good luck on your gains.

Me. I can’t seem to be able to do stretching without hurting myself. I measure stretched flaccid length a lot, so that might count for something, but my gains are almost entirely from jelqing.
