Newbie With routine
Been lurking around for a while. This is my routine..
100 wet jelqs
Around 100-200 Kegels a day
3 days on 1 day off
Started this routine 2 days ago. I would stretch but my unit isn’t ready for that yet.
Starting Stats- NBPEL 5.9-6.0 in Girth- 5.0 in
Any tips? I seem to get very discouraged when I measure alot, so I’m going to measure once a month on the 14Th of every month.
