I did way, way too much. I did not gain beyond about 1/4 inch, which is good, but the way it turned out I could gain, I probably could have doubled that or more if I had backed off. It not only was a waste of time, it may have lessened the overall gain I might have had.
If you use the 200 jelqs as an absolute maximum that you should be worked up to over a couple months, you should be fine. Be sure to take days off if you feel it is getting to be too much. Two days off in a row is never going to hurt, and I got a lot of quick jumps in length from 3 days off during the first 4 months.
BUT remember some guys have gained 1/8 inch per week doing less than 100 jelqs per session. Kevin12 is a good example. You’ll get good gains from taking it easy, you’ll get nothing from over training. Zero.
During the month I gained the fastest, like 1/2 inch, I was doing 100-180 jelqs every other day, most of the time about 120.
