Hi guys, this is my first post.

Basically I want a newbie regimen, that will give GIRTH gains as well as length, since I find myself wanting girth just as much as length.. And I am not sure what the suggested newbie routine mentioned on this site is targeting, but I was assuming it is for strict length gains?

Initial:
Length 6.7
Girth 4.3

My concerns

1) will PE lead to a ‘softer’ erection, or reduced hard time?
2) will PE lead to premature ejaculation? Both with or without kegel exercises..

Go for the newbie my friend. Like slack said it’s made for both length and girth and should be used as the starting point for all just getting into PE.

1) PE will in no way lead to softer erection (will most likely give you a way better one) unless you should do something stupid and injure yourself.

2) No PE will not lead to premature ejaculation in fact it helps a lot of people that have that problem to get over it.

You may start with 1on1off, after 1 month, you go for 2on1off for the rest of your newbie period.
