Hi,
I have just started PE a few days ago following the Newbie PE Routine with

1. 5-10mins warm up
2. 5-10mins basic stretching
And 3. 10mins jelqing

I have read some where in the forum that the penis would be somewhat swollen and/or fuller for a little while after delqing. I have done the exercise for a few days and have yet to feel any difference on the penis after the work out. Does that mean I am not executing delqing correctly? Maybe I’m not applying enough push/intensity in the work out? The only work out I got was the muscle between my thumb and index finger. Or is it normal that I feel nothing? I just want to make sure I am doing it right so I don’t waste any time doing it wrong.

I did the wet jelqing exercise with about 50-80% erected. Loses to 30%-50% erection about 4 mins in and had to arouse myself a bit to get it back to 80%.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Make sure that your grip isn’t too intense and your jelqs aren’t too fast. Each jelq move should be at least 3 seconds.

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

It takes a lot of guys a couple of weeks of practice before they feel that they’ve got jelqing right. Keep trying until you have the “a-ha!” moment. Good luck.

How long does it usually take for guys to get that moment?

It took me about 3 weeks, as I recall. I wasn’t really doing them wrong per se, just not as effectively as possible. You’ll get it.

Kegel between jelqs.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

It took me a couple weeks to get a great pump. Adding the kegel and making sure when starting the next jelq that I push into my fat pad before the pull has helped.


Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"
